My son has a 2001 sport trac that we purchased last year. The key works in the ignition but not the door locks. He is able to get in using the key fob, but that would obviously be a problem if the battery died. I bought a kit that has the new tumbler/wafers to rekey it. Problem I am having is getting the lock cylinder apart. Anyone have an idea on how to do it? I was following this video to do the replacement tumblers, but the cap he has on his is not the same as what i have (it’s a great video btw).
My lock looks more like this from the backside of the cap.

Any help on how to take the inner cylinder out of this thing would be greatly appreciated.
