Yes, most cases have been documented to solve the problem. So does a piece of duct tape. But neither--an additional cost or a tacky look--are the answers a large segment of the phone owners want. And by giving responses like "don't hold it like that", Apple is digging themselves a deeper and deeper PR headache.



A Microsoft executive was quoted as saying that the iPhone 4's antenna was Apple's "Vista moment".



Looks like a recall may be in the works...
