Kevin, Glad to hear your O.K. I bet the was scarry for a while. Could it be a bleeding ulcer?



Fer, I am not going there. Oh, darn round trip.



I took my wife to the doctor last Tues. with a really swollen left leg, and he sent us to E.R. where they performed a ultrasound to look for a blood clot. Yup, there it was in her upper thigh just below the hip. She is responding to the blood thinner treatment nicely with the swelling being down. There going to do another ultrasound to check on the clot. They said it was caused by all the riding the did on our trip to Dallas; 5700 miles.

Be very careful with that blood clot. We almost lost mom that way. She had one blood clot in each lung. The doctor was suprised she was still alive. Most people die with a clot in one lung, mom had both.



I hope your wife comes out OK. Blood Clots are very serious. Take good care of her, there was only one of her made.

Thanks all. I do appreciate it very much. Took a Little nap, woke up this morning. Planning on taking today and tomorrow off and then back to flying again on Sunday.
