"Electric Super/Turbocahrgers" are a bad idea, and they don't work. While they might flow more aire to the engine at idle and just off, they only prove to be a massive blockage at higher RPMs, where you need/want the power. Even if plubmed so that the blower wasn't installed directly into the intake stream and only provided additional air, the amount of additional air wouldn't be enough to make a difference.

Jeff - Yeah but being from The Plains you won't be qualified to comment on Sport Tracs, only build skyscrapers or launch shuttles for NASA 
An old friend turned down a football scholarship to the Air Force Academy to study architecture at Auburn. We all thought he was nuts until, at age 33, he was the main architect on the Harbert building downtown (the big brown one in the financial center, not the little crappy one) and married one of the Drummond girls. He is now executive director of The Kings Ranch and it a pretty good guy.
