In need of a seat

One way or another I seem to have broken the recline mech. on my driver side seat. My seat is in pretty bad condition. ie; the cushion is pretty torn up and it not very comfy anymore. Is there reason I should have the seat repaired? Or best to replace? any thoughts on cost for a new seat?



btw, its stricly a manual seat.

I got the cloth and foam pad from ford for under $200.... May be the best and cheapest to repair..
