I'm getting this inconsistent vump vump vump vump noise when accelerating, usually starting around 40, and the faster I go the more consistent the sound is. It also seems to be present during braking but I'm not sure if that is just because I'm decelerating. So not sure if it's a brake noise or a wheel bearing.
Also I just put a new outer tie rod, and tire on that side.

Jack the front wheels off the ground and do a wobble test on each.

It wouldn't hurt to take off the wheel and inspect all the parts to make sure they're not loose as well. Since it sounds speed related, I would check the 1/2 shaft tripot joints and front driveline for slop in the u-joints.
