For the past two months my radio/clock/CD player loses power and goes blank. Then, without warning, it comes back on. It keeps the presets in memory and if I've been listening to the radio when it went "blank", it comes on with the same station... The clock must not have a constant power supply because I have to reset it each time.

There's no pattern to the problem - weather, etc, that I can tell...

The unit is factory original....

Seems to be a power supply issue - but where do I start looking and what's the fix?

Thanks for any help!

The presets and the clock power are the same line. If your losing one but not the other then I would suggest you have an internal issue with the radio.

You could pull the radio and check the connections, but I doubt that is the issue.

The display going out is a common problem on this style radio. You can send it off and have it repaired if you want. If you like the radio and don't want to upgrade I have a few websights that show how much to repair. If you are wanting to upgrade, then there are several members that should be happy to tell you what to go too._Ron
