Is there a way to check which rear end I have??

Maybe a dumb question but here goes....

Can I crawl up under there and tell? Is there a part number I can get? I'm trying to find out if I have the 4:10.... 01' Job 1 ... I've seen 'em both ways.. the 4:10 and the 3:73. Thanks for any help.

LOOK on your drivers side door or jam, there is a sticker it has a AXLE code on it...



That will tell you what you have,,,,

42 — 4.10 non-limited slip

D4 — 3.73 limited slip

D2 — 4.10 limited slip
