K & N intake (Todd Z)

I recently put on a K & N filter I bought from a member and just wanted to know if it is normal for it to make a noise when starting the truck and when turning off the ignition. It is kind of hard to describe the noise other than to say it kind of burps or thumps like air is being let out. Just curious if this was normal or if I need to check something.

I get the same with my MAC every once and awhile but not all the time. Tis normal.

That is your IAC motor opening and closing. 100% normal...
