Has anybody had any experience with Grand Canyon University out of Phoenix, AZ? Considering options for my Master's Degree in Executive Fire Service Leadership. It is an online program, 36 credits. Been to their website and have talked to a rep, just wondering if anybody has any "real world" experience with this school. Thanks

Are they accredited and by whom? That would be my first concern, other than that I never heard of them. I worked for the Florida University system which had a list of accredited universities, I don't recall that one. But that does not mean that they were not on the list, may mean my memory is bad. If you are currently working in this field, perhaps you could check with your employer to see if a degree from this institution is acceptable. May also google for a list of accredited universities. Just a suggestion.

Thanks so far everybody- yes it is listed as accredited everywhere I look including the Dept of Education and the website that my fellow ST'r suggested. Keep opinions coming.
