I have a feeling the ones that get caught are pawns. The one that really count are burried very deep in our society. Have been for years. Lets say when we first noticed the influx over 20yrs ago. I really believe many are sleepers, waiting for instructions.

According to Wikipedia (see link below), Minnesota has the 21st largest Muslim community in terms of number of Muslims, and are tied for the 20th largest in terms of percentage of population (although there's really not much difference between the bottom 40 states, as they all are 0.5% or less). The largest (in terms of quantity) are California and New York. The largest (by far) in terms of percentage is the District of Columbia, with New Jersey and New York coming in a distant 2nd and 3rd.
Minnesota does have one of the largest Somali communities in the United States. Like any other culture, the vast majority of them are good, hard-working, intelligent, friendly, happy people trying to make the best of their lives.

I'm 30 miles from the Twin Cities. There's a lot of Somalis there. They dominate the taxi market there. I was thinking of opening a circumcision shop a couple of years ago because for a while there, there weren't enough people to do ceremonial clip jobs.
Seriously now, the vast majority of the Somalis there are here for the same reason that many Europeans came to America 100 years ago. They were, for whatever reason, being held back from succeeding in their home country. Most Somalis are very successful and independent and are living the American dream. Their community is tight and cares for their brethern. Sure, a few go astray, but, from what I've heard, the cops and courts don't see much of them.
The last big news story about the Somali-Americans involved Muslim taxi drivers who refused to transport drunk customers or those carrying alcohol. Oh, and three gangbangers killed a couple of Somali shopkeepers a few months ago.

Out of tens of thousands of Somalis in Minneapolis, those you cited, Bud, are just a handful. Like I said, the vast majority of Somalis are nice folks.

I'm not obsessed with McVeigh, nor do I have anything against the vast majority of Christians. I am one. But my point is that terrorists (and yes, McVeigh was a terrorist) come in all colors and creeds. Calling out either the entire Somali community, or the entire Muslim community, because of the actions of a few of their most radical whack-jobs is just as ludicrous and misinformed as calling out the entire caucasian community, or the entire Christian community, because of the actions of a few of their most radical whack-jobs.
