I watched on the Barrett-Jackson auction, Ford auctioned off the first production Mustang GT500 to be built for $600K. I wonder how high the bidding would go to own the first 07 ST off the line?

After owning a 2001 Sport Trac, and seeing what a low quality vehicle it is. I can only imagine how bad the Ford vehicles will be built now that many will be losing their jobs. Why should they care? Ford doesn't.

The local dealer here says they'll be on the lot in May. He acted like I would be interested -- I told him I'm not. I'll wait for the next redesign, if it ever comes.

I'll reserve my final judgement until I can see one, and maybe drive one, but it seems like Ford made a Sport Trac that they wanted, not what the customer wanted. With that said, it will probably sell well because it is so similar to an Explorer, which people love.
