Just signed a 1 year lease for new office space! I was renting an office from the local chamber of commerce for six months and just found a space twice as large for the same monthly lease payment . It's a loft in a light industrial park. First thing the Property Mgt ask me was can they get a discount on all the signage they need...LOL
And, more good news...
Local speed shop that I do business with wants to build a new building and they have asked me if I want to lease 1000 Sq Ft with an enclosed install bay inside the speed shop. It will take them 12-18 months to complete the build and move. Perfect timing.
