My Bronco Duce Wipers?!

I am hopeing someone here will know the answer to this question. I have a 1985 Bronce II, it's my "dune buggy", and the other day I went to go drive my Bronco as it had been sitting in the snow for about a week. I turned on the windhsield wipers and they were iced up and I heard a pop noise. I cleaned my windows off better and then tried the wipers again and they had nothing. The wipers are on a 6.0 amp auto reseting breaker, and the breaker is still good. Anyone have an idea whats going on?

Coulda snapped the linkage between the motor and the arms.
