NEED HELP!!! REAR BODY MOUNTS

I am currently doing a body lift on my 05 ST. my problem is that i cant get the rear cab body mount bolts loose. i have tried holding the bottom with some vise grips while i try turn the bolt in the cab, but the whole thing turns. should i cut the lower body bushhing off so i could get a wrench in there? but i would have to relace if i cut them. are the lower body bushing expensive to buy? any suggestions would be much appriciated.
