Neutral Tow / Flat Tow TSB's & Charts

I've added the TSB's and charts for the neutral tow kit to my library. Anyone know why the '01-'02 models show no availability? Is it the kits are obsolete or is there something different from the '03-'05's ?

This one may or may not be for the 2003 as it states "2007-2010 Explorer Sport Trac 4.0L V6, 4WD and an automatic transmission."
