New Shocks...Rebound Not Consistent

I just got a full set of Monroe Relfex Shocks in the mail today. I took them out to take a look...When I compress the rear shocks, one of them rebounds much too fast. When I compress the fronts, one rebounds much too slow. Did I just get ripped or is this common for Monroe shocks? It's gunna cost me like $30 to ship these back, unless I can exchange them at a Monroe.



I'm assuming this isn't a normal thing that goes away...

Just give them a little time to "settle in"/break in. They'll be fine.

It is also good that you pumped them, This lubricates the seals and internal valves before you install...
