NY-LONG ISLAND MEET!!! finally

Well finally got working on the event...

There is a nice park here,

There is kayaking, boat rental, bird watching and play area for kids..

They are building on abandoned hospital land...

The tentative date would be October 1st.... About 12-4 or something like that...

We would have to bring our own food and stuff, which I would ask everyone that is coming to bring something...

SO please respond IF you think you would be able to make it....

I should have some fold up canopies and chairs in case it rains so we could be rain or shine...

I would just need a BBQ as the big thing brought by some one...

The only negative is NO alcohol, NO pets and there is a $6.00 parking fee... ( GOOD old NY!!)

UPDATE!!!!



WE got our permit for OCTOBER 1 2005...

SO the meet goes as planed..

I know this is the same weekend of the national meet , BUT this is a great thing for those of us that cant make it to Texas..!!!



HERE IS ANOTHER incentive to go!!!...

Gary s, ME and George are going to supply all the food!!!...

We are getting a catering deli 6 foot hero, salads, soda, drinks, water etc...



SO the only thing you need to bring is your Trac!!!!....
