The repairman knew exactly what was wrong. It was the blower motor that blows the cold air up from the freezer compartment to the referigerator compartment. The OEM one was made by Samsung, and the new one is made by Maytag, in the USA by Americans, to fit in Amana refrigerators. He said there will probably be a recall on the part so we will be reimbursed.
