BigBear, what in the world are you talking about? Fire alarm? What does that have to do with this case? I've searched every story I can find about this kid holding up a sign and getting suspended by the principal, and I can't find any reference to him committing any acts of vandalism or theft as you assert, to a fire alarm or anything else. The only act of vandalism/theft that can even possibly be considered relevant to this case that I'm aware of is the principal vandalizing/stealing his sign. If there are some additional facts about the case involving a fire alarm that I'm not aware of, please let me know--I don't claim to have 100% knowledge of the circumstances. But even if something like that is involved, I have to think that it's unrelated to the free speech portion of the case that the Supreme Court is involved in now.
