Yeah, that's right...no hard and fast schedules, no clock-punching...just knowledge workers that are expected to get their work done and as long as they do, they can come and go as the please:



 
Kinda like where I work, sort of. Here they see the clock at 8 AM but not at 5 PM. :angry: :lol: :lol:
 
That's the way it is where I work. Very nice, can dodge the traffic however you see fit. :D
 
That's pretty much how my job is.... except it's hard to come and go as you please when you live onboard your office for most of the year. And there is never a shortage of work, so I'm never finished anyways. :(
 
Well, most colleges educate their students the same way..



"Hey, as long as you pass, we don't care if you come."



Where I go is a manditory 90% class attendence...



But if people are tought it's okay to not show up, but get the job done, employers will have to change there ways...



Not that I am against it... sorta like religion... don't force it; let the person find it.
