Kids getting games this Christmas really can't appreciate what we old-schoolers had to call fun:

I like the old ones. Maybe because they're the ones I grew up with. I still have my old "Pong" console. It's a SEARS version that takes 4 'D' batteries. It still works. :cool:



 
Funny thing...



I have a Real PONG coin Arcade( Big yellow Face and imitation wood grain sides) unit right behind me in my office at home serial #29 i believe.. very early version.... :)



I bought if from the origianl owner in the 80's for $49.00

He was a union boss a bought this directly from atari(Bushnell) for his family

It is in very goo and playable condition.





 
I don't believe in the evolution of video games...I think god created all the video games as they are...if the evolution of video games were true, then why isn't my pong game turning into a PS3?...the evolution of video games is only a theory it isn't fact.:wacko:;):lol::p
