P1000 Code

I just changed my fuel filter and afterwards I got a CEL P1233 code. I figured this was due to me removing the fuel pump fuse and running engine until it stalled (to relieve pressure and minimize fuel spillage). So when I found out what the P1233 code meant I thought it harmless to just clear it with my XCal.



However, now it's reading a new code P1000. I cannot seem to clear it with the device. How did I get this code and how can I clear it?

Well according to 'search' I just need to let my Trac run several cycles and it should go away. Question is, how did I trigger this code to begin with? I have stock tunes.

Probably threw the code when the fuse was pulled.
