Hey all. I was wondering if any of you have gone ahead and painted the lower cladding found on the ST's from 01 to 03. If so, any tricks or materials you can recommend. I haven't committed to it...but I'm considering doing a custom paint job on it and I would like to incorporate it all the way down. Any warnings or recommendations? I triend looking for a thread for this and didn't so I apologize if this was already discussed. Thanks.

Yes it can.......

I prepped with plastic parts cleaner, used adhesion promoter and used PPG single stage paint with flex additive. All done with body shop equipment..

Yep... There is a 40 dollar way in the projects section. Takes the good part of a warm sunday :D

What I did for prep was pretty easy. I poured myself a cup of coffee and drove my truck to an auto body shop. Picked it up the next day all shiny lookin. Love it.
