Hi All,
It's time to do some repairs on my '03 frame due to rust.
Ford no longer sells the frame members for this truck.
Does anyone know where I can get aftermarket frame members for this truck?
I need cross-members.
The main frame isn't bad.
It was born in Michigan, and lived through a number of 'liquid salt' winters.
But now it's a living out its life in Florida.
But the damage is done.
I just need parts.
What I can't find, I'll fabricate, if possible.
Was thinking of making them out of 316L stainless!

Building a frame can be costly. Have you tried locating a frame from the SW from LKQ or the similar?

Yes I have.
But I don't have room to store it.
I wanted to buy one and drag it home and do a frame-swap.
That was my original plan, but like I said, no free space.
Who can afford a new vehicle?
Who would want one of those electronic tin cans?
