Ford guys mentioned that the 2007 V6 is the same engine that is in the mustangs, so I would guess that there will be many mods to play with!!!

If it is the same V6 in the mustang, wouldn't that be the same V6 that is in all "older" STs?

Xcall2 may need a different program, but I'm sure Wfoy is on that.

older ST's have the Ranger V6, right? Isn't the Mustang V6 different?

The block is the same, BUT the accessories, intake and exhaust may be different. Don't know about the y-pipe.



This is the ONLY negative thing about the new st having the explorer and mustang v6. The old stuff will not work 100%, BUT the Good thing is any thing new that fits the mustang or explorer should be retro fit to the st..

This should go for the v6 and v8.
