piaa 510 instalation help

hello everyone, I need some help installing my piaa 510 fog lights in the factory fog light hole. I know some of you have done this and I am just wondering what you used to make the hole bigger? I am currnetly using a dremel but the hole is not comimg out very straight, and also when you mounted the lights did you push them in from the back or just mount them on the front of the hole.

ps: I am trying to mount the with the stone gaurd.
