Today, March 23, 2006, Joe Whitehead, a friend and a fellow brother in law enforcement was shot and killed today while conducting a search warrant. Please Pray for him and his family. Joe Whitehead was a model law enforcemtn office that I had the pleasure to work with on a couple occasions. He will be GREATLY missed and never forgotten!

Please pass along or sorrows and prayers from South Carolina. It is truly a thin blue line between peace and anarchy. I for one appreciate all the guys that work in law enforcement and have the priviledge to call many my friend.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family and co-workers of this law enforcement agent. I work with Sumter County (& city) SC law enforcement everyday. When we lost a state trooper last year in May, we all felt it. Not to forget that our son-in-law is also a South Carolina State Trooper. We constantly worry about him.

Yesterday in Albuquerque NM they also lost a L.E.A. on a routine traffic stop.
