I had the same thing, Lubed the track and the window felt, IT works like new...

do i take off the door panel to get to it and lube the track from there.

Roll the window down and spray some silicone in the exposed felt tracks. Roll it up and down maybe repeat the lube. If that dont help, you may have to pull door panel and lube the linkages. If that dont help, then take alook at the motor.
