Just to put this in perspective; the last time we got snow here was +/- 30 yrs. ago., and the elevation here is 26-27'.

from Weather.com:

Cloudy with rain and snow early changing to all rain and becoming intermittent late. High near 45F. Winds light and variable. Chance of precip 80%. Snowfall around one inch.

Cool, I can go over to the Safeway and do donuts in the parking lot!!!! It musta been cold last night, because I woke up with 2 dogs sleeping on my bed, and they have their own beds!

Aaahhhh California, the health food state, what isn't fruit or nuts, is all flakes(get the pun?). We had our snow last night, but the ocean is still above 50 degrees so nothing stuck. If it does snow,Krash has the right idea! Stay warm....BC :lol:;)

And I am going to be driving up to Pebble Beach on Wednesday. I expect it to be a fairly wet drive.

And I guess I will be having fun picking up soggy leaves and pine needles when I get there. Ahh. The joys of yard-work at the vacation home. lol

Heard on the radio snow level in the Santa Cruz mtns is appx 500'. Got to work at 7am (still dark). Just looked outside (9:30am). Radio was right. Nice little dusting at about 500'! Not snow for some, but snow for us in SJ Bay Area . . .

Mr. Gore, let's go sledding.
