Puttering

My 2003 has 30,000 miles and seems to putter sometimes. Only when I have come to a complete stop or switched gears. It lasts for only 2 seconds, then drives fine. Still under warranty, but would like to know if anyone else has had this problem and knows what it is.

Now I'm really suprised that 5 or 10 people haven't said "clean the IAC valve". Oh, by the way, do it. It's a common problem and easy solution.
