rack for kayak

I want to put a kayak over the cab and in the bed, any thoughts on a rack system?

Something like this for the back possibly, Otherwise a Thule or yakima rack

thanks, trying to keep the cost down and I don't have a receiver hitch...right now I put it in the rear window and onto the opened bed extender (12' Ocean kayak "scrambler xt) and it ties off pretty well, just not weather/theif tight.

It's too bad you're in CA... I have a Yakima roof rack system with Kayak rack that I need to get rid of since trading in the ST. Planning any road trips to Orlando? :huh:

Honestly, Bob, I would, but I'm HORRIBLE at getting time to ship something. I have promised to give a rear window deflector to another member for months now, and haven't gotten a spare moment to ship it to them. If, by some crazy chance, I am going to head to ship out that rear window deflector in the near future, I will e-mail you first and see if you still want it.
