I have a 2008 limited. The Radio / Sync just crapped out after 2 years. I need a complete new unit. Is this a common occurrence?

i don't know if it is common, but I have a brand new single CD unit I plan to take to the meet for the sell & swap. I replaced it with aPioneer In dash day one of getting my 2008 limited.

The unit is the Pioneer AVIC-D3 In-Dash GPS Navigation System with DVD Player.

I would ship my head unit to PA if you are interested. I am two states west in Indiana.
