rain coming in ?

Rained hard today. Noticed it wet on the back passenger head rest. Drips are coming down from the upper trim. Could this be a leak in the emergency brake light ? Any ideas.

Yep, you got a leaking CHMSL/bed light. Dealer replaced mine under warranty and haven't had a leak since.

Thanks . I assume it comes off from the outside. Will look at seal.

Fixed mine by removing the 2 screws that hold the light in and applied liberal amounts of clear silicone and put back together. Guess what??? No more leaks. Total cost 10 minutes and $0.00

I'm never surprised to see this issue pop back up . . . Like Brian, I have had not one reoccurring leak since the repair . . .

I had the same problem in my 2005 F150, 2008 STA and my 2010 STA lol.



It was the third brake light.
