ranger xck engine light

I am looking to trade my '88 jeep wrangler for a 2001 ford ranger reg cab stepside. Eng light is on. O'reilly reads P1131 Lack of HO2S11 Switches-sensor indicates lean.

Can anybody be more specific? What does it need to be changed?

Vacuum leak somewhere in the intake system?

A trained Ford mechanic could probably diagnose it for you rather quickly.
