Rear driver side turn signal problem

Hey guys, having issue with my turn signal/brake light on rear driver side for some reason. Checked fuse by dash board, and it seems fine, changed bulb, and the bulb housing.... Any one got a suggestion as to what to check next???

When it is acting up, move the steering wheel to the upper most setting on the tilt and see if the problem corrects itself.
