Recline Mechanism Recall

Has anyone been affected by the recall on the seat mechanism on the '02 ST with the high back seats? I suspect that it what my problem is. My seat doesn't sit up as far as it once did. Although it's latched at the first click. Should I call the number on the recall info or can I take my truck straight to the dealer?

If you have a recall notice, call the dealer for apointment. That way they will have the parts and get it back to you sooner.

I haven't got my recall notice yet, but I need it. My drivers seat is hahve issues. I thought that it was from arching my back to get my wallet out at the drive though. Maybe its both, but hey Ford can pay for it.
