I agree, But the basic user of the 4.0 is not going to go through the expense of re routing all that stuff and in NY here we do have strict emissions laws.



Georges ST, my st and 90% of the st's on this site are not show trucks or trailer queens, so the "little" things make a difference.



I know your feeling on "mods" and what is not a mod.



Also if you run an auto tranny on that 302 in the garage you will need 1 more vacuum line for the modulator on the tranny... ;);)



Rich, The intake tube where the other end of the line goes to is not strong enough to create a vacuum that would recharge the brake booster. AND it is not a sealed system since the other end goes into the intake manifold, and the brake booster has it's own check valve, so the vacuum is there unless you ride the brake pedal while aiming down the old lady or little kid crossing the street...





I know about removing wires and junk, I did it on my 302..
