Replacement Tailgate and front driverside door

Hi I'm looking to replace my tailgate and front drivers side door. I have a 2004 Sport trac. Does anyone know what year of sport tracs can i look for the replacement parts from when I speak to salvage yards?

I replaced my tailgate with a Ford F 150 tailgate, I have a 2001 Sport trac all plastic pieces from my old tailgate fit on the F 150 tailgate. So if the 2001-2005 Sport trac gate works, I bet the 2001-2005 F 150 gate would work also. Forgot to say, it has to be a stepside F150.

I think the F150 changed completely in 2004 or so.
