Replacing 8" woofer in 07

Just wondering if anyone had did it? Can the place where the sub is be used as a enclosure?

Also, I am getting ready to order my ST and I will be installing the AVIC-Z1, should I get the base model radio or get the upgraded Audiophile system that comes with the sub-woofer??? I want to maintain the factory look so I am not interested in an aftermarket sub-woofers that will not be discreet in appearance.

I kept the stock sub when I upgraded to the Z1 and am happy with the stock speakers and sub. The Z1 does a great job amplifying these speakers. If you want a lot of thump, I'd suggest tearing out the stock speaker and using that gap between the back wall and the 2nd row seating to install a nice box and two 12's.

Welli was going to add one 10 under the seat and then i was wondering if i could just replace the already installed eight with a shallow mount after market eight?

There's enough room back there to add that 10" shallow mount behind the back seat. I'll see if I can snap a pic for you.
