Replacing Pioneer factory radio

I am replacing the factory Pioneer radio and having trouble finding a wiring harness adapter. The Radio had three plugs colored black and red. Any help is appreciated.

Pioneer is the upgraded radio if that helps.... Crutchfield maybe or sadly Ebay.... I know they have them... you should also have an amp and sub behind the back seat.

as todd said crutchfield is where i got one recently they are not bad for audio and shipping was quick.

I have two wires going to my amplifier one is for RX signal (RD/BK) and the other is TX signal (BN/OG. Anyone know what to connect them to?
