Resetting ECU after exhaust mod w/Xcal2?

Hey guys,



I recently had one of the main catalytic converters removed from my exhaust. My question is should I reset my computer after having this done? and will I have to reprogram my computer with my xcal2 again? or will my tune remain on the computer?

Adam, the tune will remain, but it may take the truck a little to adjust after resetting..

What i do Is disconnect the battery, Drive the truck for 3 days or so, then re flash the tune..



Or you can let the truck adjust it self. May take a week depending how much you drive it..

Good info Todd. I will keep that in mind. I think I will install the Y-pipe first and then the Excalliber. I think they will allow for all this when they program the Excalliber.
