Why respect those that help us? Why not respect everyone. It doesn't matter if we are helping them, or they are helping us. Give respect as those people the give you and others respect. There are a few members here that better be happy I don't have the "Recycle Bin" button to the website. I would click it with them in it faster then you can blink. Those people do nothing to earn respect, therefore they deserve no respect.
I run 3 mailing lists and I pretty much let everything go. When someone starts acting a fool, they get one private warning, then one public warning, then they get suspended. Plain and simple.
