I have a 2003 Sport Trac, and When i stop and turn the AC off the truck drops to about 200 RPMS and shakes really badly and it also does it with the AC on and turning hard. What could it be?

Vacume? Maby something in fuel lines eithe r blockage or not enough spark. By no means am I a pro just figured I would throw u some ideas sense no one has posted

Clean your MAF sensor. Its a good place to start.

do the IAC solenoid clean as in the projects section..

You may want to check the infamous elbow hose at the top front passenger side of the engine. Its a hose that runs around the side and across the back of the engine. The elbow at the front is a culprit that disintegrates under the bottom of the elbow (unseen).
