Cool word... makes sense, also.
No "Test Pilots", no "wanna-be's". Most, if not all serious bikers understand this/
these restrictions on a test, or "Joy Ride", as they have been through it themselves.
'Till the title is out of your name, and it clears the State, you are ultimately responsible
for any property, consequential, or other damages resulting in the "Barney Fife" types
taking your bike for a spin!
As far as options for the purchaser, again,a good rider or rider/mechanic, should have
ways to test out most of the mechanical things without burning up the boulevard on it!
