Selling stock rims

I have for sale the stock ford rims that came on my 2004 xlt st. I just lifted it and put new dick cepec rims on it. Here is a picture of the stock rims on the truck.

I was just seeing how much i could get for them. I was gonna take them to the scrap yard but my buddy told me to put them up for sale.

Just a question-what size tires are those in the picture with the stock rims, and is the truck lifted at that point? I have the same rims and am looking to see what I can fit (I have a near new set of P265/70R16's I would like to put on a stock (non-lifted) 04 ST XLS. Thanks.
