It?s time to replace my 5+ year old 2005 Gen 1 Serpentine Belt.
Seems the consensus on this board is to use a .5" shorter belt. Eddie S '04, on a 4/24/12 tread, stated that, the Dayco Poly-Cog #5060860 is .5" shorter. and on 4/25/12 STanner said, motorcraft or dayco belt... they have the right profiile for ford pulleys. gates/napa belts do not...
I think I'd like to try a Dayco belt but the Dayco Poly-Cog #5060860 is no longer available. Does anyone have the current number for the correct .5" shorter Dayco belt?
