SHOW ME tail lights

Guys, quick question dont the stock tail lights have only two light bulbs(reverse and stop/turn)? If that is true then why do the custom taillights have three?

George, yes- the ST only has two bulbs per taillight housing. The third (middle) hole is the rear reflector.

What kind of bulbs are you using? Are they LEDs? Where did you get them?

I have Silverstars in the rear brakes and front turns (I know they don't matter in the brakes, but I had a spare set, so why waste them? And I now have APC Xenons in the reverse bulbs.

I recently found out the APC is now sold under the parent company name Pilot.



Jeff, Maybe you can confirm that since you work in a auto parts store.

I took a hiatus from the parts store, but I am going to start working a few shifts a week there again. Next time I'm in, I'll check. If it's true, then we may have a few sets going for cheap since they'd technically be discontinued.
