LOL!!!! you cant resize them yourself? There are simple programs that do all that for ya. I'm not computer literate but even that kinda stuff isn't difficult! Besides the poor admins are busy enough as it is...

a great free program to use is picasa. Get it form the google downloads. It can organize, resize and do some editing. And is made for the giftedly chalenges

There exist low cost (some free) JPG, BMP resizing components. They could be integrated programmatically into the backend of the web pages that deal with uploading of files; and for those image files that are too large (width, height, or size) they can resize to a maximum width, height or size, accordingly, automatically.



This would be a nice feature, IMHO. Well worth the dev effort and costs.

STanner - that resizer only works for XP, it won't work with Vista. Just an FYI.

I know... I think it may be already installed on vista or something you have to turn on.... I remember seeing it while playing with one in a store...

Chris,,,you still have this amount of space remaining 2,262,742. It sees that you have already re-sized your pictures.



As far as us re-sizing pictures, doing one to help out is fine but there are ways for you to do them yourself. If you have a photo card (SD etc...) and you put it into your printer it should load up in a program and in there you can re-size pics.

Just use Irfanview. It's a very good picture viewer and re-sizes very easy plus more.

Yea, after I posted the message I figured out how to resize them using the paint program. But befor I was over the limit by 12,xxx. But then looked at other member lib and they are over by 60,xxx. Thanks for everyones help.
