What is the speedo ran off of on a 08sta 2wd? I'm changing tire sizes to staggered widths 285/40/20 in the back and 255/45/20 in the front overall those sizes are the same besides width obviously bit are only a 29 compared to a stock 30 so i need to change size with tuner.

Screwed to the transmission.......Its electronic....



Yes the tuner or the "black box" is the only way to do it.

Thx Todd just wasn't sure if I should go by front size or rear but with it being on the tranny it shouldn't matter to much right?

IMO, you will have to program the rear tire rev per mile....

Tire Rack specs chart for that size tire says 721 rev/mile.

thx all I got a insane deal on the rears goodyear rs-a run flats 285/40/20 brand new vette take offs retail for 485 each picked them both uo for 25 for the pair. so like a 950 dollar savings i love people with more money than sense.
